How did you get to where you are today? In 2012, Francis Brennan and I were working together at L2O, a 2 star Michelin restaurant in Chicago’s Lincoln Park, and we hatched a dream of opening our own donut shop. We never thought it would actually happen, but in 2014, we opened our original location in the Loop.
