Weapon Maker Chapter 7 will see Yoon Taeheon (red-haired guy) having a short chat with Shin Joonseoh (MC). Yoon Taeheon acknowledged Shin Joonseoh, and he knew no one could make a sword as great as him. So he will try to offer him something big, which Shin Joonseoh can’t deny, in exchange for working as a smith for his guild.

Shin Joonseoh (MC) doesn’t want attention on him because he literally can’t defend himself if someone attacks him. His mana is at D rank. And his future memories are helping him a lot to get stronger.

He literally explains there are two methods to making the weapons stronger. The mana, which he doesn’t have, or understanding/skill level, which is what he’s doing to compensate for lack of mana.

By far, Shin Joonseoh (MC) is one of the smarter ones trying to make sense of his current situation and trying to understand the reason for such irregularities in the present from the future he saw. Not only does he realize how weak he is, claiming to only exude mana from rank D.

So it makes even more sense that he’s cautious and could be ridiculously powerful. Yes! If he knew how to wield weapons, but he doesn’t know, so from what we know, at least.

The theory still stands about Shin Joonseoh (MC) being able to absorb the corrupted mana directly from the dungeon itself rather than just from the monsters. With this theory still standing, homie should 100% have that bar filled and then some, seeing as the first dungeon where he used that ability was filled to the brim with magic crystals & different strong monster corpses.

Also, I forgot, this ability heavily implies that mana either has two forms, one corrupt & one not corrupt, or mana itself can become corrupted one way or the another.

If it’s the latter & my theory proves wrong, Shin Joonseoh (MC) could still purposefully corrupt low-level dungeons and absorb their corrupt mana for his ability. Then do higher and higher dungeons until he completely maxes out the ability & his stats.

Shin Joonseoh (MC) is one of the last people in his previous life alive. He somehow loses his prowess for ‘rental pay’ to not work.

As far as we know, ‘rental pay’ isn’t a mana manipulation type ability but more of a condition applied by the systems skill itself, so it is a mana manipulation ability & therefore, nearly useless against anyone with a brain who trains their mana control, or people can legitimately resist the system skill itself, either of their own willpower or their own skill/ability.
