It's not uncommon for actors to become thieves whenever they work on a project that feels special. For example, Chris Pratt stole Star-Lord's iconic "Guardians of the Galaxy" jacket for very admirable reasons back in the day. Kristen Stewart also had respectable motivations for stealing the rings Bella wore in the "Twilight" movies, though hers were more personal.

While speaking to People, Stewart revealed that the rings Bella wore in the movies will always remind her of working with director Catherine Hardwicke and co-star Robert Pattinson. According to Stewart, the rings are "really important" to her, serving as a reminder of the franchise and people that made her a megastar all those years ago. One of the rings she took is the one Bella's mom gives her in the first film, which she said "completely" reminds her of Hardwicke, while she also has Bella's huge engagement ring, which is likely a remembrance of Pattinson.

During a separate conversation with Collider, Stewart singled out Hardwicke for praise and explained why she felt a synergy with the filmmaker. "She's really eccentric. When you first meet her you're like, 'Wow, you're crazy.' I mean, I love this woman. There's something about her." The actor went on to praise Hardwicke for helping her understand the emotional heart of each scene and credited her for making it seem so simplistic.
