Roger S. Siboni serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Siboni also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Epiphany from August 1998 to July 2003. From July 1996 to August 1998, Mr. Siboni was Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, a member firm of KPMG International, an accounting and consulting firm. From July 1993 to June 1996, Mr. Siboni was Managing Partner of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP’s information, communication and entertainment practice.
