Dr. Ralph Snyderman, M.D., is an Independent Director of the Company. Dr. Snyderman has held the position of Chancellor Emeritus and James B. Dr. Snyderman holds a B.S. in Pre-Medical Studies from Washington College, an M.D. from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, and completed an internship and residency in medicine at Duke University.
