Preacher: Puzzle Piece Preview | The Nerd Stash

Preacher returns this Monday with another all new episode titled “Puzzle Piece.” Last week’s episode “Holes” did have some compelling parts, but ultimately felt like the story was dragging. Viewers were left with a cliffhanger however in regards to Cassidy and Dennis. The question of whether Cassidy bites to cure him will be answered in this week’s episode. In addition to that, it appears Jesse will again be going up against the Grail. In the preview, we see several heavily armed members in the back of a vehicle. Does Herr Starr know how powerful Jesse is with Genesis or perhaps he just thinks he’s a fraud? One would think that Jesse would be incredibly valuable to The Grail alive opposed to dead.

Tulip also still seems to be suffering from PTSD from the Saint and continues to spiral out of control. We’ve seen Tulip continue to struggle over the last few episodes. This will no doubt have some sort of effect when it comes to Jesse fighting the Grail. Will Tulip be ready or a perhaps a liability for Jesse? I for one and looking forward to Tulip getting past this and for Jesse to get back on the path of God.

Preacher has only four episodes left to finish out the season order or 13 and quite a bit still has to happen. Arseface still has to try and break out of hell, Jesse and Herr Starr have work to do and…The Saint has to return. There were several shots in the season two trailer eluding to The Saints return but most important was the one at the end. The Saint wants a word with Satan. Who knows what this could mean but it’s certainly bad for Jesse and company. The all new Preacher airs this Monday at 9 on AMC.
