Maria Vladimirovna Gordon is Senior Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at AK Alrosa PAO (former AK Alrosa OAO). She has been Member of the Company's Supervisory Board since June 26, 2015. Since July 10, 2019 she has been Member of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee of the Company. On July 14, 2015, she was appointed Member of the Company's Strategy Planning Committee. On April 31, 2016 she became Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. Between July 14, 2015 and August 31, 2016 she was Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. Since 2017 she has occupied the post of Member of the Board of Directors at Polyus PAO and since 2016 she ahs been Member of the Supervisory Board at Moskovskaya birzha PAO. From 2010 until 2014 she served as Chief Emerging Markets Equity Portfolio Manager of Pacific Investment Management Co. Between 1998 and 2010 she acted as Managing Director, Portfolio Manager, Head of Emerging Markets Equity Team at Goldman Sachs, Investment. From 1991 to 1994, she studied at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Journalism. Ms. Gordon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin which she gained in 1995. In 1998 she also obtained a Master of Arts degree in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at the TUFTS University.
