Madden NFL 21 is Having a Campbell's Chunky Tournament

Do you fancy yourself the Patrick Mahomes of the couch and controller? This might be your chance to prove it to the world! Campbell’s Chunky is partnering up with EA Sports to bring gridiron fans “never before seen content and experiences” through Champions of Chunky: Old School vs. New School. This program includes Campbell’s Chunky gear and challenges in the new backyard-football-inspired Madden NFL 21 game mode The Yard. Additionally, the two parties announced the Championships of Chunky Yard Invitational, a Madden NFL 21 tournament for competitive The Yard players.

EA Sports writes:
Champions of Chunky is about recognizing and celebrating the Champions in our lives who bring out the best in us – whether it’s a mother, husband, friend or even a competitive Madden NFL player.”
The Champions of Chunky Yard Invitational will give the fans a chance to square up against professional Madden players to improve their skills.
There will be four teams of three professionals. They will first play against the fans in a fast-paced bid to get as many wins as possible. Afterward, the top two teams with the most points will play in the finale. This showdown will be a battle between the two teams representing either the “New School” or “Old School”. This Madden NFL 21 tournament offers a $10,000 prize pool and will take place virtually on December 5.

Campbell’s Chunky has been a long-time sponsor of the NFL. With the competitive gaming scene on the rise, they saw an opportunity to extend their brand “into the gaming space” – the digital gridiron. This partnership aims to give fans new experiences as well as nostalgic experiences relating to the long history of the NFL and Campbell’s Chunky.
