The preview offers a glimpse into what viewers can expect in the upcoming season. In the trailer, Justine publicly declares her love for Michael before the scene shifts to Ashley confessing that she has “fallen in love” with Travis and embracing him. Additionally, the trailer showcases Aris and Cameron getting married, with Aris popping a champagne bottle in celebration.

In the Love After Lockup Season 5 trailer, Gabby and Chris exchange rings while his family waits in the car. The scene then switches to Nathan, who reveals that he started chatting with Skylar while in prison. The actress shared her story. Chris had previously earned $100,000 after being brutally beaten by Rikers Island officers. He gave Gabby half of what she said she spent on “the bills, our apartment, the furniture, the credit card debt and the car.” She later admitted that Chris is now bankrupt, but it was her, not his mother, who supported him. Love After Lockup Season 5 promises a lot of turmoil. While some couples are successful in working through their problems, others may continue to struggle long after being released from prison.
