Mr. Echols currently is a member of the boards of directors of Trinity Industries, Inc., EnLink Midstream GP, LLC, the general partner of EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (formerly known as Crosstex Energy, L.P.), and EnLink Midstream Manager, LLC, the managing member of EnLink Midstream, LLC.
