Kyle Sweeney Obituary: Remembering the Talented, Groton, MA 2024
The untimely passing of 23-year-old Kyle Robert Sweeney on January 3, 2024, has left the community of Groton mourning the loss of a beloved individual. Kyle, the son of Daniel R. and Jennifer E. Sweeney, and brother to Mackenzie Sweeney, was cherished for his gentle spirit and quick, clever sense of humor. He is survived by his grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Roy, and his grandfather, Robert Roy, along with aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
Visitation in honor of Kyle is scheduled for Monday, January 8, 2024, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Badger Funeral Home, 45 School Street, Groton. A Funeral Mass will follow on Tuesday, January 9, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Grace, worshipping at St. Joseph Church, 28 Tarbell St., Pepperell, with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Pepperell. In lieu of flowers, the family requests charitable donations to the Pat Brody Shelter for Cats or The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
