Jazmin Paez Charges; Miami Mom Tried To Hire Hit Man To Kill 3-Year-Old Son Through Parody Website

A teen mom in Florida was arrested on Tuesday for reportedly trying to hire a hit man to kill her toddler son through a fake website.

Jazmin Paez, who is 18 years old, is accused of asking the fake website rentahitman.com to kill her 3-year-old daughter before Thursday.

According to court documents reported by NBC 6 Miami, she sent the website detailed instructions, including pictures of the boy and the exact spot where he would be.

Miami-Dade cops say Paez filled out an online form saying she wanted a hit man “to get something done once and for all.” She is said to have asked for her son to be “taken away, far, far, far away, and maybe killed, but as soon as possible.”

She is said to have given the website a fake name and put “Put me in coach” as her code or safe word, according to the police report and WPLG.

The specifics of Paez’s request made Robert Innes, the owner of the website, worry. He told NBC 6 that his website gets a lot of these kinds of requests every day, but this one looked too real.

“The ability to look up names and addresses and make sure that the person you were looking for lived at a certain spot. For me, that’s a warning sign. If that information can be backed up, I think it should be looked into, which is why I brought it up,” Innes said.

Innes said that the Miami-Dade Police didn’t believe him at first. He stated that he had been told over and over to call CrimeStoppers and that he had been given a letter telling him to stop calling the tip line.

“They weren’t curious. “They told me in an email that if I contacted them one more time, they would send a letter telling me to stop,” Innes said.

But in the end, a detective was put in charge of the case. Investigators pretended to be the hit guy and talked to Paez. She supposedly agreed to pay them $3,000 to kill her son.

Paez was caught on Tuesday and is being charged with asking someone to kill them and using a communication device in a wrong way. Records from the holding center show that she is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $15,000 bond.

Report shows that her son is safe and living with family. The Florida Department of Children and Families was told about the case, as shown by the records.
