A HOT gran who insists she's not a 10 leaves people needing CPR when she dons her favourite skimpy bikinis.
Mum-of-four Jess regularly shares videos of herself rocking barely-there ensembles, and has earned herself thousands of fans by doing so.

The stunning blonde recently posted a TikTok of herself in a teeny hot pink bikini, as she wrote on the top: "They don't build grandmas like they used to."
Within seconds, people were flocking to the comments section to weigh in, with one writing: "You do know there's a law against being so sexy right ???"
"I really like hot grandma's," another added.
"Gf I wish I looked that good!" a third commented.

Jess appears to be somewhat unsure about her sex appeal, as she commented on another video that she "may not be a 10".
But in another clip, she insisted that "grandmas get extra points", as she showed off her enviable figure in a skintight yellow dress.
And her fans quickly agreed that she was off the scale.
