Does anyone have a way of monitoring changes in functioning / symptoms over time?
fairly new on this journey & feel like I’m better than I was….probably because I’ve got family support and have developed some coping mechanisms….
I would like to objectively monitor in some way…any suggestions welcome!

I have some excel routines, which work, but which have no warranty or guarantees,:
1. Mental arithmetic (adding 24 pairs of random numbers in the range 20-99)
2. Mental arithmetic (adding 12 triplets of random numbers in the range (30 - 110)
3. 24 random confusing colours (displaying the name of a colour in a contradictory colour which you have to identify
4. five random words to remember
All of these are timed, scored and graphed (daily and 10 day moving average) for monitoring
I have another one still in progress where 10 sets of 3 words are displayed and you have to identify a link. this has a timing and scoring system, but the scoring system is not fit for purpose! (though I knife and fork it)
I'd be happy to let you have these to use as they are or for you to tinker with as you wish. The randomising and most of the scoring is standard excel, the timing and some of the scoring is by macro (visual basic), so you would need that extension.
I have a consolidation function and graph as well, but that includes several other things I monitor so would have to be hacked about a bit.
If you are interested, pm me and I'll send them to you.
