Head on crash in Henderson County Illinois results in fatality

Illinois State Police responded to a crash in Henderson County.
The crash occurred near the intersection of Gladstone Lake Road and U.S. Highway 34.
That is when a Nissan Rogue crossed the centerline of the road and collided with tractor trailer head on.
One of the passengers of the vehicle crossing the centerline was ejected.
Helen Crandall, 75 of Oquawka, Illinois, was pronounced dead at University of Iowa Hospitals due to injuries sustained in the crash.
All other people involved in the crash have been treated.
Agencies assisting in the incident are The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, Gladstone Fire Department, Biggsville Ambulance, Life-Flight, and Burlington Fire Department.
