Elijah Williams’ brother, Micah Williams, is the youngest member of the Williams family. Elijah also has three older sisters, one of them works in the NBA. 

The talented youngster and the oldest son of Monty Williams, Elijah, has announced the college of his choice.

Elijah, ranked no. 3 nationally for the 2026 class by ESPN, will play at Birmingham Brother Rice next year.

Brother Rice’s coach, Rick Palmer, confirmed the news about Elijah, saying he talked to him during NIKE Top 100 Underclassmen Camp and was excited to have him on the team. 

Standing at 6 feet 6 inches, Elijah grabbed the attention of many colleges, including Notre Dame, Washington, Missouri, and Arizona. Williams is yet to confirm the news through his social media.

Elijah Williams’ brother, Micah Williams, is the youngest member of the Williams family. 

Micah Williams, 12, was with his two sisters, Janna and Faith, and their mom, Ingrid, in the SUV that got into an accident on a four-lane road in Oklahoma. 

The youngster and his two sisters survived the crash, but their mom, Ingrid, didn’t. The kids survived without life-threatening injuries, and Ingrid was expected to do the same. 

But she passed away at age 44, a few days later, after the accident. The family has tried its best to heal from the accident. Monty has since married Lisa Keeth, a former volleyball player.

Micah shares a tight bond with his siblings and has also been seen in a few of the photos shared by his sisters on their Instagram handles.

It wouldn’t be a shocker if Micah followed in his brother and father’s footsteps and became a basketball player.

In an interview, Monty briefly talked about his two boys and their love for basketball.

One of them looks set to achieve his dreams, and the next one might not be far away from doing so.

Elijah Williams Has Three Sisters: Lael, Faith And Janna

The oldest son of Monty Williams, Elijah Williams, has three older sisters, Lael, Faith, and Janna Williams. 

Lael Williams Works In The NBA

Lael Williams, the oldest daughter of Monty and Ingrid Williams, works as the merchandising and licensing coordinator for the NBA. 

She graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in communication in 2020. At Wheaton, Lael had an apprenticeship with the Chaplain of Hospitality, Art Student Liason, and orientation committee event coordinator. 

She also worked as the film and media department coordinator. In 2020, she began working with Cherrywood as a property manager and realtor but worked for only 11 months before moving to work in the NBA. 

She is available on Instagram with the username @laeljoywilliams and has shared several family photos, including several tribute posts to her mother.

Faith Williams Was A Tax Intern At A Big 4 Firm

The second oldest daughter of Monty Williams, Faith Williams, is a graduate of Baylor University. 

She completed her business administration degree in 2022 and followed it with an MBA earlier this year. She previously worked at Aspect Wealth Management as an accounting intern.

Faith worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a tax intern for four months in 2022 before enrolling in the master’s program. 

Janna Williams Is A Student At Alabama A&M 

The youngest daughter of Monty, and Ingrid Williams, Janna Williams, is a volleyball player at Alabama A&M University. 

Janna previously played volleyball at Scottsdale Christian Academy and stands 5ft 10, playing outside hitter. She was also on the Revolution Volleyball Academy 18 Adidas team. 

Janna remains away from the public limelight and doesn’t seem interested in sharing any of her family content on social media.
