Dwight Farmer Car Accident: Following a fatal single-car collision that occurred on Tuesday afternoon in Union County, a 61-year-old Ohio man has passed away. Dwight Farmer has been named as the victim. A local musician and guitarist named Dwight Farmer reportedly died as a result of wounds received in the one-vehicle collision.
Who is Dwight Farmer?
Dwight Farmer was raised in Ostrander, Ohio, but was born in Alexandria, Indiana. He obtained his high school diploma from Alexandria Monroe. Dwight attended Columbus State Community College to study 3D Modeling & Animation after graduating from high school. At SFUAD, he also studied film.
Dwight had a number of important roles in the music and creative industries. He was well known for his abilities as a guitarist, singer, composer, producer, director, and musician.
Notably, Dwight held the office of president at V.V. Smith Productions while also serving as the media director at River Church in a Barn. His passion was for using music to make connections with and serve God, as well as forging deep relationships.
What Happened to Dwight Farmer?
A collision happened in Union County, Ohio, on August 8, 2023. A Jeep crossed the center line while driving on U.S. Route 36 in the east near Mackan Road, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The car then veered off the road and repeatedly turned over.
Tragically, Dwight was identified as dead at the scene of the collision. A minor passenger in the Jeep also suffered injuries that were deemed not to be life-threatening.
