Charles F. Lowrey Jr. serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company., has been appointed Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective November 30, 2018. Mr. Lowrey was elected CEO and President of Prudential Financial and Prudential Insurance in December 2018.
