Kotoyama created the Call of the Night manga, set in Japan. The first season of the anime adaptation aired from July to September 2022, and the part, produced by Liden Films, aired on Fuji TV’s Noitamina channel.
The first broadcast of the anime adaptation also received a positive response from viewers. For this reason, the second season of Call of the Night has been highly anticipated.

Call of the Night season 2 renewal status
According to HITC, although Call of the Night has yet to officially receive a second season, all evidence points to the anime being returned with more episodes.
The first sign is the ability to access original manga chapters from Kotoyama’s work. AnimeGeek said that chapter 46 of episode 5 will be covered in episode 13.
In Japan, thirteen complete Tankobon episodes have been released, which is great news for anime fans. Since this was the case, Liden Films was able to begin production on season 2 immediately.
Additionally, sales of the Call of the Night manga were boosted by the anime adaptation, making the series a place on Oricon’s Top 20 list for July.

Although the official streaming numbers for the simulcast titles were not announced by HiDive, the series received a huge response from viewers worldwide.
Call of the Night received high marks from anime review sites prior to the season 1 finale, with 7.7/10 from IMDB, 4/5 from Anime-Planet, 79% from Anilist, and 8.05/10 from MyAnimeList .
Call of the Night has nearly 63,000 reviews and 340,000 members, making it one of the highest-rated shows in the Summer 2022 series. This is particularly notable because the show airs on the Internet. HiDive instead of the more popular Crunchyroll.
What will Part 2 of Call of the Night tell about?

CulturedVultures stated that the studio has yet to animate some of the key chapters they left behind, but the second season will continue where the first one stopped, at Chapter 46.
We don’t want to reveal too much about the parts that will appear in Season 2 of Night Calls, but they will mainly focus on the setting of Nazuna.
While Kou’s turn into a vampire hasn’t happened yet, the anime has been building on that, and an upcoming twist will make that claim come true—at least in part.

The voice actors from the first season of Call of the Night are likely to return for the second season, and there don’t seem to be any significant cast changes planned.

It hasn’t been officially announced yet, but we expect HIDIVE and Netflix to make Season 2 of The Night’s Call.
Most viewers have trouble finding the first season because it’s not available on popular streaming sites like Crunchyroll. Hopefully this won’t happen next time and Netflix will deliver the sequel everywhere, not just in Japan.
