Ten years have passed since Rick Petko and Brittany Cockeram tied the knot. Two lovely girls were born to the couple.
After appearing in American Chopper, the motorbike designer and builder Petko became quite well-known. But when the program came to an end in 2010, he made the decision to avoid the spotlight. Many of his fans are therefore uninformed of his personal life as a result.
When they initially met in July 2011, they grew close right away. They soon began dating, and a month later the reality star proposed to her with a stunning diamond.

Little is known about the parents of Rick Petko or his early education. When Rick was seven years old, his father, who worked as a bike painter, let him paint his first tank. Even though he messed up that Zundapp, Rick would later learn that his career would take that direction.
Early in life, he developed a passion for motorcycles, so it should come as no surprise that his preferred films also featured motorcycles, especially if they were vintage. He used to break his childhood go-karts, mini bikes, and car toys in order to imagine how to fix them.
In order to practice his skills fixing things and making his own, he used this to convince his parents to let him buy his first welder when he was a teenager.
After graduating from high school, he worked as a crane and coldsaw operator in one of the service facilities of the now-defunct Bethlehem Steel, one of the forerunners in US steel production: “I ran a huge cold saw, band saw, and was a crane operator.” I was hooked when I saw the parts Ed (his friend) could cut out because he used a multi-torch setup.
It was obvious to him that he had discovered his true passion, even though he eventually left his job at the steel company.
This prompted him to enroll in a community college, where he studied and gained skills for more than two years before earning a degree in welding. Rick still believes that he learned a lot of his skills on his own, though.

Rick, going back to his roots, began working on auto restorations, which ultimately brought him to Orange County Choppers (OOC), the renowned custom bike shop established in New York in 1999 by Paul Teutul Sr.
When he joined OOC’s team in 2003, his abilities were more than necessary as his impressive ability and experience managing and creating steel were recognized.
His first project with OOC was the POW/MIA bike, which was designed as a tribute to POWs (Prisoners of War) and MIAs.
His area of expertise during his time with OOC was old school choppers (Missing in Action). Rick had a special connection to this project because his cousin served in the Vietnam War and is commemorated on the Vietnam War Memorial Wall in Washington. His name was inscribed on the bike’s rear in his honor.
Although he received praise for his work at OOC, getting around during the 13 years he spent at the shop was difficult. Rick Petko had to travel, on average, 90 minutes from his home in Pennsylvania to the chopper store in Newburgh.

Rick Petko: In American Chopper
While he was employed at Orange County Choppers, Rick also made an appearance in the reality television program “American Chopper,” which was centered on the business and in particular on its owner, Paul Teutul Sr., and his family.
“American Chopper,” which debuted in 2003 on Discovery Channel and ran for eight seasons before being canceled in 2010, established itself as a pioneering reality show on television.
Paul Sr. and his relationship with his son Paul Jr., which resulted in a contentious argument in an episode of the series that was broadcast in 2009 and a protracted legal dispute in real life, was one of the aspects of the show that would draw viewers’ attention.

I was shocked. Few dealerships in the nation perform fabrication work right there in the store.
The deal’s primary goal is to provide local Harley owners with more than other retailers can: “It really has everything we need to make anything for anyone’s Harley.”
