Actress Bella Thorne recently revealed her experience with a fan where she refused to sign a photograph from her GQ magazine cover.

Known for her role in the 2018 film Midnight Sun as the character Katie Price, Bella Thorne recently attended the Sundance Film Festival where her latest cinematic endeavor premiered.

The film, titled Divinity, was generally well-received by the festival’s audience.

Directed by Eddie Alcazar and produced by Steven Soderbergh, Divinity is an American science fiction thriller set in an otherworldly landscape.

The film follows two mysterious brothers who abduct a scientist during his quest for immortality. Stephen Dorff stars as the lead Jazzon Peirce, with Bella Thorne in the role of Ziza – a seductive woman who helps the brothers on their journey of self-discovery.

“No, I’m not signing that.”

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the actress discusses her time at Sundance Film Festival, her latest movie role, and her uncomfortable interaction with a fan.

During the midst of talking to fans and signing autographs, the actress was confronted by an uncomfortable moment. “It was this guy and he was shoving photos in front of me and I looked away for a second and looked back and there was a photo of me from my GQ magazine cover.”

In 2017, Bella Thorne was on the cover of GQ Mexico magazine. The fan again attempted to get the same photograph signed, although Bella refused again.

“I normally don’t tell them off but they offended me” the actress states. According to the actress, the fan begged her to sign various photographs, with some images of her Candies campaign. She recalls how she was only 16 years old at the time the photographs were taken, highlighting how inappropriate this made her feel.

Reflecting on the projects she worked on when she was younger, Bella recalls how she was underage in many of the photoshoots.

“I get it, they have to make money and everyone has a job so I get that. It was just that I was under 18 and it’s inappropriate.”

She further goes on to discuss how there are many shoots she would not do now. “You also can’t spend your time trying to take back these moments.”
