Andre Moura biography

Andre V. Moura serves as Director of the Company. Mr. Moura has served on our Board since 2015 and is currently a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. Mr. Moura is a Managing Director at New Mountain Capital, LLC, a private equity investment firm based in New York, New York. Prior to joining New Mountain in 2005, Mr. Moura worked at McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm, from 2003 to 2005, where he helped to advise companies across various industries. He currently serves as a director of Aceto, Alteon Health, Bellerophon Therapeutics, Gelest, ILC Dover, Sparta Systems and Topix Pharmaceuticals. In the past five years, Mr. Moura also served as a director of NuSil Technology LLC, ACA Compliance Group and Medical Specialty Distributors. He received his A.B. in Computer Science from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. Mr. Moura was designated as a director nominee pursuant to the Investor Rights Agreement between Avantor and New Mountain Partners III L.P.
